Has anyone tried Sola wooden flowers? If so, what are your thoughts versus silk flowers?

I used all sola flowers for my wedding and was super pleased with them. They are a lot of work unless you order a pre-made bouquet from Etsy.

I ordered about 500 Sola wood flowers for our centerpieces and I’m SO happy with them. They’re so pretty and I love that I can dye them any color I want. Plus I got them on Black Friday so it was $250, and I know they have sales all the time so you can get a ton of flowers for a very good deal! I’m also pretty crafty and love that kinda thing so it’s a fun thing for me to do when I’m bored lol. I’d definitely recommend!!

I used them and really liked them. They are a lot of work if you are dyeing and arranging them, but I made 5 bouquets for under $200 (they have a bunch of sales). I also bought a mix of sizes, and I don’t think the smaller sizes are worth it. They do take a day to dye and dry, and another 1-2 hours to arrange. I didn’t like the greenery from Solawoodflowers, it seemed super cheap to me. I got some from Michaels instead that was much better. I still have a bunch of the flowers left over and will probably make more bouquets for centerpieces.

Does anyone know how cost effective the Sola flowers would be compared to the silk?

I think silk might actual be cheaper if you buy them when Hobby Lobby and Michaels have sales. Michaels does some premade bouquets that are beautiful, but I think Sola has a higher resale value if you sell them after your wedding
