Shannon, on February 27, 2020 at 6:40 PM Posted in Planning 0 13
Hey! I’m am trying to find out a reasonable quote for flowers, 5 bouquets, 7 boutonnières a corsage and some simple decorations, no centerpieces. Any feed back would be greatly appreciated!

The pricing that Nicole mention is similar to pricing I’ve come across in my search for a florist. I also wanted to mention that one thing all florists have told me so far is that it’s hard to quote florals because it all depends on what’s in season and available during the time of of year of the wedding.

We used Budget Bride - fake flowers - and paid less than $500 for bouquets, corsages, and decor.
If real flowers are out of your budget, start looking at fake. They often fool people, and you don't have to worry about wilting.

You might want to check your local grocery store or farmer's market for cheaper prices!
Here's the quote I got from Kroger Grocery:
Bouquet: $50-70 depending on the flowers and how elaborate
    Bridesmaids: $30-40
    Boutonnieres: $9 a piece
    Corsage: $25
Check out Etsy for cheaper options (they have beautiful faux flower arrangements) or SomethingBorrowedBlooms.
Floral shops are way more expensive.

I did fake flowers (probably not the most helpful response haha), but I paid less than $150 for 6 bouquets, 6 boutonnieres, and 4 corsages!
