Flower lady

Hello all,
My fiancé and I are trying a different spin on flower girl/ring barrier. We have decided to have a ring man and a flower lady/women. Not sure which titles we are actually going to use yet. However the reason why the flower lady/women is not a bridesmaid is due to myself meeting her while in the fire academy which happened well after asking my bridesmaids. However got extremely close with her and would love to include her but also don’t want her to feel like a second thought either. The ring man is one of my fiancé’s close friends and due to his bridal party size had originally choose to leave him out. Now that we are asking them both to be in the wedding do we ask them in the same fashion as we did the rest of the bridal party or make if different so it’s special for their roles? Does she wear the same color as the bridesmaids?
