Flower greenery clippings as table runner

That looks a lot like what we had, which isn’t flower clippings but seeded eucalyptus. We paid about $20 per foot for ours. But I know nothing about flowers so I could be wrong about what is in the picture you referenced. Here is a couple pictures of our long tables.

I've seen plant clippings wired together to make a garland, and also just laid out loosely in a line on the tables.

Here are pictures of both types.

If you lay it out, you should start in the middle of the table and lay out the branches in opposite directions. That is what we are going to do.

We used garlands. As Kelly said, these are priced per foot. Ours were $15 per foot. We got the most bang for our buck by using them to drape over the pews in our ceremony and then reusing them for the reception centerpieces.
