Flower girl/ring bearer gifts

Colleen, on August 16, 2017 at 2:32 PM Posted in Wedding Attire 0 7

What did you get your flower girls and ring bearers? The flower girl will be turning 4 and the ring bearer is 5. I was thinking cups of some sort with their names, I don't want to do clothing because they will grow out of it so fast. Ring bearer loves the Ninja Turtles, and the flower girl calls vacation "holiday" because of peppa pig but I'm not sure of other interests.

I did see a handkerchief for flower girls that ends up being their something old once they get married, but if I did that I would also get her something she could use now.

Shop like its their birthday. Find a gift that will interest them. Do they like to color or draw? Get them some new coloring books and crayons amd markers or a little age appropriate art kit. Maybe ask their parents what the kids might enjoy. It doesnt have to be wedding related.

I was a flower girl when I was six and was gifted a small personalized glass jewelry/trinket box which was just big enough to fit a pair of earrings or a ring. They probably never thought I would hold onto it for so long (especially since they have since divorced) but I still use it every night to hold my e-ring. I plan on doing the same thing for my flower girl.

I am having two flower girls and one ring girl. Each of our girls are getting tote bags. The older flower girl and ring girl are getting fidget spinners in our wedding colors. I've gotten them each a book as well. They will get lip glosses and art stuff too. The youngest is my baby niece who's going to be 18 months. She's probably getting a build a bear and a special book too. I'm just choosing things that I know they enjoy and would like for birthdays Smiley smile
