Flower Girl/Ring Bearer Entrance

Shanna, on July 16, 2017 at 12:19 AM Posted in Planning 0 3

Hey everyone!

I have 3 flower girls & 3 ring bearers. I know.. it's a lot, but I didn't want to leave anyone out. I have 2 nieces, 2 nephews & my FH has a much younger sister. So to even it out I threw in my cousins son who calls me "auntie".

The boys are young (5 and under) and the girls are 8 & 9... so I'm thinking for their entrance I should pair each girl with a boy.

Was thinking of having the girls have their flowers and maybe the boys wear a sign around their neck so they don't have to hold it? Has anyone done this or planned to?

My thought was

Sign

#1 Please Rise

#2 'cause Here Comes

#3 The Bride!

I'm open to other ideas & thoughts!

Also I don't think I want them to stand there the whole time, so do they just make it down the aisle and have a seat in like the first row? Or off to the side? What is everyone doing for that?

Are you/did you have them walk out with the bridal party? How did you handle this?

I've seen the sign thing and I think it can be cute. I have two FGs and two boys. I'm just having them all walk out together and the girls drop their petals. I think I'll have a better chance of getting them to all walk down if I send them out together... all four are under six. I didn't want to leave anyone out either Smiley smile

I am having 3 ring bearers and no flower girls. The first will be my son with the rings, then One will have a sign "it's to late to run..." the next has a sign "here she comes!". They all will have a seat in the front row. And yes I think it is to many ring bearers but my son wanted his twin best friends in the wedding since we aren't doing a flower girl.

Yes, once the little ones make their way down the aisle they take a seat. Best wishes!
