Flower Girl/ring Bearer Attire

Hey everyone!

I am about 2 1/2 months out (Sept 28th) so I'm starting to look into attire for my flower girl (6) and two ring bearers (5 and 2 1/2). I'm just wondering what is a good price point to look at? I don't want the parents of any of the kids to spend a fortune. I found a flower girl dress at David's Bridal for $50 and a 5 piece suit for the boys at Walmart for $40. Do you think these are good prices or is that still too much for an outfit that the kids might only be able to wear 1-3 times because they're all still growing?

I personally think it's too much. For the boys, I would just ask the parents that they wear a black suit (for example). They all look the same and then the parents can decide how much to spend. Same for girls - I would send a few pics of dress examples that you like and let the parents pick something. they will look adorable even if they're not the same.

I'd talk to the parents and see what they are comfortable spending. If they can't afford that and you are set on them wearing those, maybe offer to pay the difference.

Thank you for your input. I’m very OCD though so I would want the boys to be in the exact identical outfit! I’m definitely ok with looking for cheaper options tho!

That price range sounds normal to me. However, I feel like the B&G should buy underage wedding party attire, but I know some family members and such offer, so that is good.

I gave FGs and RBs moms simple guidelines. The FGs dress needed to be all white and the RBs needed a white button up and black slacks. If they already had something, great. If not, don't go crazy.
FGs mom (bridesmaid) found her dress at Ross for $10. And RBs mom (FSIL) already had these on hand.
We're gifting the FG a flower crown, and the RBs matching ties as a thank you.
