Depending on her age, most kids grow quickly and it might be hard to judge her correct size so far in advance. If you're considering looking at a retailer like DB that tends to carry styles for a long time, you absolutely can look and potentially choose something but I probably wouldn't purchase until a month or two before the wedding.

I think you can look, but hold off on making a purchase. Ask the consultant on their recommendations. If it has to be ordered or off the rack could impact when your purchase/order it. But I agree with pp, kids grow really fast.

Pick it out yes, buy one no. Kids grow too fast. We are getting our dress two months before but we already have one picked out

I am in this same boat but I have a flower girl that will be 4 and two Junior bridesmaids that will be 9. I am not even going to start looking until summertime for the 9 year olds because I have a feeling they are going to hit a growth spurt soon! I have a flower girl dressed picked out but my brother will not buy it for another 6 months for his daughter who is our flower girl.

I took my daughter a few months ago to try dresses on just to get it out of her system but now we look online and mark ones that we like. She knows we won’t buy until we are closer but a 9 year old is easier to reason with than a 6 year old. Lol!!
