Flower girl dress the beginning

So finally go the tulle.. not the color i wanted but rolling with it not going to return it.
I still need to do at minimum another layer of tulle, add the "belt", and add on strap made of ivory or qhite (?) Ribbon then still need to get a pack of the burlap and lace bows and flowers from hobby lobby. After that just need to cut the tulle to the right hight when we get clossee to the wedding. Thoughts suggestions?
