Flower bouquets

Is there a cost efficient way to make flower arrangements like below. Those styrofoam balls are too expensive. I found some square foam squares that are very large for like $8. Help! All the YouTube DIY tutorials involved those expensive balls. There got to be a other way.

Hobby Lobby sells big square blocks of that wet floral foam for flower arrangements that you can cut yourself. Last I checked it was $5 but you can use one of their 40% off coupons.

Try to find a wedding book focused on decor. I got one from a used book store that shows step by step instructions on how to arrange various shapes of flower arrangements.

Are you using fake flowers or real flowers? For real flowers you’ll want to use floral foam, which can be expensive. It is easier to use a round piece because it helps you keep the arrangement round, but you could cut down and shape it yourself too- it’s just more work.

Styrofoam would be perfectly fine, just messy to cut and shape but you won’t see it do it doesn’t have to be perfect.

Hobby lobby is putting out their Christmas stuff. Last year I got a 6 pack for styrofoam balls for pretty cheap (specifically labeled Christmas). I think they’re 3 inch balls.
They had them in the middle isle near the crafting stuff not by the decorations stuff.

Have you check Amazon? Or like Lowe's or homedepot? Sometimes hardware stores have creative styrofoam type products..

Yeah I don’t know what’s involved in making these.
Mid you have one close it might be worth it to check out if they have other sizes.
I know dollar tree carries styrofoam stuff by their florals.
I hope you find what you’re looking for. And remember, it will bigger when you add the flowers.

You can glue flowers to any type of ball. So you can use like paper and wrap it in some type of plastic or tape then glue flowers to it.
