Florist proposal

Did you give your florist a budget and ask what you could get for that price, or did you give her an itemized list of things you want with specific flowers and/or colors? If it’s the latter, it easily could have come up under budget because you probably didn’t know going in what everything would cost. It’s so dependent on what’s locally native, the season, the rarity of the flowers involved, etc. If you already checked out the reviews and liked the vibe of this florist, I would celebrate coming in under budget and either save that money for something else or add in some of those extras that you were worried about including before.

Did you look at their reviews and portfolio? My florist ended up costing less than half of my budgeted amount, but they had excellent reviews, their portfolio was gorgeous, and my husband and I both had a great feeling after visiting their shop and talking to them. Choosing that florist was one of the best decisions we made! The arrangements were spectacular, the service was wonderful, and we were thrilled to be so far under budget! Just make sure you do you homework before making a final decision.

Like you, that would make me nervous. I would get a few other estimates from other florists and compare and contrast the price differences. Good luck!
