Florist Contract?

Did you/do you all have actual signed contracts with your florist? Mine "doesn't do them per se" in her words, and it makes me a little nervous. I get it, because I won't have exact numbers of things until a month beforehand (centerpieces etc) and she has said we can make sure we keep everything in...

I am just echoing what others have said, but yes tell your florist to draw up a contract. I was given a contract 15 minutes after our consultation with everything we discussed detailed and itemized. It helped a lot to understand exactly what I was getting for my money, too. Maybe he/she is waiting until closer to the wedding and final numbers to have a signed contract document drafted, but tell him/her you'd like it now.

Definitely get a contract! After my initial consultation my florist sent me over some quotes with the ideas that we came up with and sent over a contract.
