Florist can't get flowers I'd like, move on?

I have a destination elopement coming up in 2 months. I was referred to a nice florist shop thru my hired glam squad. I provided the shop with some concise pics of what I'd like. Nothing complicated as it's a small bouquet, individual matching flowers to be applied by hair lady and a simple boutonniere. It's at a tropical location relative to where I live so I wanted something more "exotic" than roses. Unfortunately that's all they can offer based on my want of my color choice. Since it's a destination ceremony, do I settle or look for another florist?
