Florist appointment

Regina, on February 11, 2018 at 3:12 PM Posted in Planning 0 4
I have my first florist appointment next week. I'm not really into flower and have no clue about anything. Should I be bringing ideas of what Iike? But im not sure what I like. I'm more concerned about staying in the budget.

Be upfront about your budget and bring a few photos of arrangements you liked. The florist should be able to work within your budget and recommend flowers that are in season (cheaper) and give suggestions as to where to cut things out if necessary.

Search through pintrest and pin things you like, my florist requested this so she could get a glimpse at what I liked before meeting me. If you like minimal floral then get only what you need

You can also google to see which are the more expensive versus least expensive flowers. I met my florist today and a bouquet of Lilly of the valley is $400! Same bouquet with peonies is $250.

My person gave me a questionnaire that asked me things like style, flowers I liked, what I needed in terms of bouquets, color, etc. and i shared my Pinterest ideas with her. I was upfront that I was keeping budget very small for it because I didn’t want her spending a lot of time on elaborate plans.
