Floral Centerpieces

When doing DIY flowers, I know you can make centerpieces a day ahead, but what if you use soaked floral foam? will the flowers dry out or wilt the next day? Do I need to "water" them on the wedding day?

The soaked floral foam, if done properly, so give a steady water source from the day prior. But, I’d also add that floral foam is toxic, even though Oasis markets themselves cleverly, and if you can find a way to avoid using it, I would. Beyond the environmental impacts, it contains carcinogens, and you should be extremely careful about handling it, inhaling any dust from it, and so on.

Hi Amanda! I’d recommend using soaked floral foam and keeping the flowers stored in a cool place. As long as you order super fresh flowers and trim the stems and put them in water right away, you should be ok!
