View Quoted Comment Definitely agree with the Groupon and Google Flights suggestions! Especially if Groupon has a coupon code for an additional percentage off. There are sometimes good deals on there for hotels, and also things to do in the area you're visiting.


I'd also suggest Expedia for hotels. They have flights too, but I've never booked a flight through them, so I don't have much info on it. If you sign up for a free Expedia account, they also offer member pricing on some hotels, which can help you save money as well.

I’m signed up for FareDrop, which is how I found an awesome flight for our honeymoon in Belize! I also have the app Hopper for hotels and flights. It wouldn’t help in the short term, but airline credit cards have helped me get a lot of free flights
