Fleas

So after all these months worrying about keeping my face clear of acne. My mom and FH have some (what look like) flea bites on their faces. OMG big day tomorrow and I'm worried about myself getting bitten, and the rest of my family that is staying with us getting attacked! We have always treated our animals and do flea bombs at least twice a year. Anyone have suggestions on how to get the swelling down or covered up for tomorrow?
