Five tastings???

Do you think they may be referring to the five basic tastes for humans (salty, sweet, sour bitter, and umami). Or perhaps a tasting which relies on the five basic human senses (sight, hearing, smell, taste, and touch)?
If you can give me some more context on where you have seen this mentioned I can research some more

I've tried googling it and came up with a bunch of random stuff that doesn't make sense. It's a little frustrating.

Hmmm, that is strange! Have you tried reaching out to the vendor or venue that you saw mention it and ask what it is? If you read this something online such as The Knot, BuzzFeed, etc. you could try reaching out to the publication via email or social media to ask.
