First look

Im thinking about doing a small first look with my dad, something very quick and simple just to capture the moment. Then I'll do a first look with FH.

That's what I was thinking. After I'm ready I was thinking of having them stand outside the door I will be walking out of to meet FH and do a "first look" with them and then continue on to meet FH for our first look.

I’m doing one with my dad right before the first look with FH. I’m very close with my dad, even though we live 1,000 miles apart. My mom is helping me get into my dress and it’s a special moment to share with my dad to do a quick first look. If it’s something you want to do, then do it!

I did one! I’m really close with my dad and it was the most I cried all day besides saying my vows!

I have a couple friends who did one! If you’re close with your dad, I think it’s sweet. I’m pushing my limit by having my dad walk me down the aisle but we are not close and don’t have a very good relationship. We won’t be doing a first look he will just see me at the same time my brother does when we take family photos prior to the reception. He’s already seen a picture of me in my dress and he said it was ugly so 😂

I did it with my dad! He really appreciated it and I think it made him feel more involved in the wedding process besides just walking me down the aisle. My dad doesn't get emotional at all, and it was probably the only time I ever saw him have a few tears in his eyes. I would definitely recommend it!

Yes definitely! I'd like to do one with my grandfather and my stepdad. However, I'm not exactly sure where they'll be on the day of lol.

Doing a first look with my dad since we are very close not doing one with FH at all, I want my dad to see his little girl first it’ll be so special ❤️

I did! I did them with both dad and my husband. Best part of the day! We chose to do it to ease nerves and get rid of a lot of the anxiety. Plus it was a really special moment for me & dad - since he wasn't allowed to know ANYTHING about the dress Ha.

I want to def do that. A friend from High school just got married and had one it was so beautiful.

No regrets at all. It was seriously such a sweet and special moment. He hadn't see my dress until that point either, so it was really sweet to get to capture his reaction.

I plan on doing my first look with my dad. My fiancé won't see me until I come down the aisle.

I’m doing one with my dad too. And was thinking about doing one with my brother too. Not doing one with FH.
I want to make sure I get specific time with several different people throughout the day, so this will be a good way to do that.

I am doing a first look with my father and older brother. I am very close to both my dad and brother so that's why I'm choosing to have this private time with just the two of them before everyone else sees me. I am also doing this instead of a first look with FH. FH will see me for the first time when I walk down the aisle.

I'm hoping to convince my dad to have one with me. We're very close, and he hates taking pictures ... maybe this will help him relax a little.

My brother is walking me down the isle I might do one with both of my brothers as they are both a part of my wedding. One is walking me and is a groomsman and the other is officiating the wedding. I really want to do one with my grandma. That is a must
