First look: Bustle or no bustle?

Keep the train, unless it's going to be in a muddy spot or something. Wouldn't want the train to get dirty!

No bustle. We had rain on our wedding day and my train got a little dirty in order to get a cool picture, but it was worth it. I said if people noticed a little smudge of dirt on the very bottom then my face wasn't pretty enough, hahahaha. I doubt anyone noticed the smudge. If it hadn't have been rainy, it wouldn't have gotten dirty.

I bustled only for reception. i had to carry my train around a lot for outside pictures. lol.

I know there is no bride that wants their dress to get dirty during first look pictures. You could have your train laid for actual first look. Make sure someone will be there to attend your bustle for you or at least help hold it up as you move from location to location; getting the best pictures with the least amount of soil to the dress before the ceremony.
