First look/ bridal party photos before?

We our doing ours before so that the first look is just us. We will do bridal party/family photos before as well, but we have a good 15-20 mins set aside where it’s literally just us two and the photographer. We don’t want anyone else at the first look

We decided to do a first look and have all of our pictures done before the ceremony as well. Makes sense, and lets the B&G enjoy more of the reception.

We’re going to do a private first look, and then possibly our bridal party photos before hand. Our guest list is small and mostly close family, and I’d rather not everyone see me in my dress before hand, so the rest of the photos will be during cocktail hour.

Thanks ladies. Im glad this isnt different. Id never heard of it. Now just to talk to FH and see how he feels about the first look. But we do have two photographers. So im sure I can make something work. Thanks again for the input.

We want to enjoy our cocktail hour, so we decided to do a first look before we even started interviewing photographers. We're going to do first look and photos with wedding party and parents before the ceremony. Pictures with grandparents and other key family members will come after the ceremony.

Did 85% of our photos before the ceremony. It was soooo nice to just spend 45 minutes with my husband alone after the ceremony to enjoy us time with champagne and appetizers while the guests gathered for the cocktail hour. Took a lot of the stress away and I felt like we could relax.

We are doing bridal party photos and grooms party photos before the ceremony.
No first look.
That's during the ceremony.
The whole party afterward.
No cocktail hour.
