First Look and Rings

We didn't wear our rings in most of our photos. Honestly, it's not glaringly obvious. They're on during our first dance photos and throughout the night. So there are still plenty of photos with them on. You can always take a few portraits holding the rings in your hand without them being on your fingers or take a quick photo or two after the ceremony.

We won’t wear them for the first look because it’s clear that those were taken before the ceremony. We will put them on for the other photos.

We didn’t wear our rings in our first look pictures. But we did some sunset pictures after the ceremony where we are wearing them. I love our first look pictures though and don’t even notice that we don’t have wedding rings on in them.

I don’t think we had ours rings on either but you couldn’t tell anyway because most of the photos were super close-up or far away to include our beautiful venue. Didn’t miss the rings.

We won’t be wearing them during first look. Our photographer will take more bride and groom pics right after the ceremony though and we will have rings on then. My photographer will be taking pictures of the rings themselves before the ceremony. I’m sure it will hardly be noticeable you aren’t wearing rings during first look.

We did a first look and got the majority of our pictures before the ceremony. We didn't wear our wedding bands. There aren't really any close-ups of our hands so it is not noticeable.

We didn’t even think about this and I had to pull up our photos just to see what we did! 😂 I had my engagement ring on (was planning to wear that to the ceremony) and my husband was not wearing his. Our photographer took the rings to take detail shots while we finished getting ready and so I think the wedding bands went right from photographer to best man? At any rate, like the others our photos are more focused on the overall look and emotion, not the rings, so it doesn’t really matter if you wear them or not. 😊

We did a first look with our wedding bands on. Then when we finished with all our pictures, we put them back in the box and gave them to the best man. You can't really tell in most of our pictures whether or not we had them on though.
