First dance timing

My fiancé and I aren’t doing a traditional first dance, but rather having everyone join us in our first dance to kick off the dancing. Thoughts on this timeline? Is it weird?

5:45 - quick ceremony 6:00 - 6:45 - cocktails 6:45 - announce us, thank you toast7:00 - dinner & we visit guest tables 7:45 - first dance to kick off party 9:50 - exit
Our wedding is smaller, only about 55/60 people. And we only get the venue for the reception for 4 hours (the ceremony is in the same spot)

Your time ans schedule is pretty much the same as ours. We only have 4 hrs as well and both ceromny and reception at the same location. I love the schedule..i think it's so good

We are doing a traditional first dance and using that to kick off all the other dancing, so I think that is fine. We are doing First Dance, Parent Dances, and then a slow song invited all couples to the floor. Right after that we will do either Uptown Funk by Mark Ronson ft. Bruno Mars or Can't Stop This Feeling by JT.
