First Dance songs?

I Choose You by Sarah Barellies. When we were just friends we both said we would have wanted to dance to that song at our weddings. Now we are marrying each other and we get to dance to it together.

We had originally planned to have a merged song, a love song from 1985 when we first met and first dated merged with a current song, but when we heard Ed Shearan's "perfect" we knew it was the one. I actually cried

This might change, there's still 7 months to plan, but as of right now we want "Every Breath You Take" by The Police. It was the first ever song we slow danced to, so it's just sentimental. And we're getting married at a Hard Rock Hotel - So it makes total sense!

We are currently thinking of a bait and switch. We'd start by swaying side to side for 30 seconds to Aerosmith's I don't want to miss a thing - to make everyone think they'll be watching us away for 5 minutes to a very cheesy song. Then we will switch to a song we can dance the hustle to - we currently like neither MJ's rock with you or earth wind and fire September (our wedding is September).

"You n Me" by Alice Cooper, still time to change our mind tho.

Universe by Hudson Moore - we were driving home on a road trip and it randomly came on, it made my FH cry! I guess he's an up and coming country star but the song is fantastic.

We are also doing a "Last First Dance" at the end of the night to Who I Am by Wade Bowen - I have said for years that if I ever got married this would be my wedding song.
