I'm Dominican too. My husband learned how to dance bachata and merengue early in our relationship and we always knew that we will dance a bachata for our wedding. Reik's songs are cute too. Have fun with whatever you guys choose.

I am not Spanish or Hispanic at all, but DH loves Prince Royce, and he's got some really nice Spanish and Spanglish ballads. My favorite is his version of Stand by Me, but he's got a lot of beautiful songs. Good luck with the decision!

Listen to "eres Tu" by Mocedades, it's a beautiful song about how much she loves him or vice/versa, it's the kind of song you can slow dance to, very romantic! It's going to be my first dance song
