First Dance Song?

Ray Lamontagne “you are the best thing” we have a choreographed dance too .. it’s a popular wedding song I guess but it was hard to find the most perfect song

Our first dance song was Yours by Russell Dickerson. He was the opening act at the first concert my husband and I went together to and he saw him in concert again about 2 weeks before we got engaged. Both times my husband sang the song to me while we danced together at the concert so we knew that had to be our song.

We are dancing to From The Ground Up by Dan+Shay doesn't seem to popular and we absolutely love the song!

Ours was astral weeks by van morrison — it’s a meaningful song to both of us because we listened to the album on vinyl all the time when we were in school together. It’s not a traditional choice but I find it quite romantic in its own way.

We also considered “sweet thing” from the same album which is a more traditional love song.

We're dancing to an acoustic version of "Recycled Air" by The Postal Service. it was at one of their concerts FH told me he loved me for the first time.

We're going with Better Place by Rachel Platten!

One Life by Ed Sheeran. He isn’t releasing it until November, but we heard it in the movie Yesterday and knew it was perfect. Just in time for our December wedding!

We’re going to dance to I believe in you by don Williams. FH actually picked it out and I had never heard it until he played it for me
