First dance song

Ok this is gonna sound super stupid but we can’t decide between a first dance song. I’m back and forth between I don’t dance by lee Brice and our house by Crosby stills Nash and young. Fiancé loves both songs, both having meaning to us and I’ve gotten everyone’s opinions under the sun.. we originally decided on I don’t dance even tho we are not both Huge modern country fans but really love that song. I’ve always been a 70s rock girl at heart and I originally wanted is this love by bob marley but my fiancé wasn’t super crazy about that one, but we love our house, so now we come to you my wedding wire peeps. Which do you like better?

Pick one as your first dance and the other as your last of the night. Either would be good.

This is absolutely your personal preference. I love country music so I would go with Lee Brice, but that’s just me. You and your FH need to decide this one.

I know. We are the most indecisive people I know lol I told him to think on it and make a decision. I love both equally and both have a lot of meaning for us.

I love Michelle's suggestion to incorporate both songs no matter what!! ❤️ You could use the other song as your ceremony processional song, recessional song, reception entrance, or as your last song of the night! 🎵
For the first dance decision I'd literally try dancing to both of them! Is there one song that feels easier or more natural to dance to together? My husband and I specifically picked a more upbeat song for us to dance to for our first dance, and I also asked them to fade the song out about halfway through. So maybe think about your preferred dance logistics together (full song or fade out? slow sway or more upbeat?) and then see if one song is a better fit!!

It's such a tough decision! I play all of our options constantly to try to decide which one to use. I'm currently leaning towards Prayed for You by Matt Stell. I think the idea of the first & last song is a great idea!
