First alteration appointment

Is Saturday. I don’t have my shapewear or the underwear I plan to wear. Should I go and buy it or wait until the first appointment ?

    I would go ahead and buy your shapewear/undergarments now and bring them to your first appointment!

    You should have all of that ready to take to your appt along with the shoes you plan to wear so your dress is fitted properly.

    Buy it. Anything you plan on wearing under the dress and your shoes, you should bring. Smiley smile

    I had my first alterations appt and didn't bring any of the undergarments that I will be wearing which isn't much actually and my alterations woman said it was fine I explained what I would be wearing and she was okay with that. The only thing she did insist on having at the 1st appt were the shoes I would be wearing. She did say it was important for my 2nd fitting so I will have everything by then. Honestly if I had the time to purchase them before the 1st fitting I probably would have though lol

    You'd most likely want the undergarments so you can bring them to your appointment for sure!
