Well, we still have yet to get the engagement shoot photos (which was supposed to be sent to us in Feb 2015), I've contacted him numerous times regarding them and he keeps saying he'll send them and nothing (we've received one photo from the shoot). So has others have advised from the previous post FH and I have decided that we are not going to go with him. Does this put us in breach of a verbal contract that was made? We did plan on having an actual contract but he has yet to provide one (not surprisingly).
I'm a very loyal person, who does not go back on her word, so this even though justified, makes me feel horrible. That being said, I don't know how I would word it to him that we no longer require his services. cont'd
