Okay. So. I’m in a sticky situation and really need some advice. I have a friend that I’m considering firing from her position as matron of honor/bridesmaid. Any advice? Has anyone does this? Please help!!

She* needs to communicate and not come from a place of so much anger and assumptions. Was talking about op.

I was just recently in your same position. My wedding is in January 2022, we just recently had my Bachelorette party trip. One of my Bridesmaids pretty much ruined 3 out of the four days we were away. Leading up to this trip she has made things so difficult for my MOH and other Bridesmaids, including calling them cheap b*****s for not splurging on $1,000 plane tickets for them and me for a 2 hour flight! Long story short, I told her my fiancé and I had a long discussion and we had to ask her to step down from being a part of our wedding. Unfortunately, I know this has ruined our friendship, but honestly, she ruined it by her behavior on our trip, everything else thus far and anything else that could have potentially happened during my shower, rehearsal, wedding, etc would've been the icing on the cake. She bowed out gracefully, but I can't help but feel we haven't heard the last of it. This is a tough decision that should never be taken lightly. I knew in my heart the call I had to make. No one can tell you what is the best decision for you, just follow your heart and gut!
