Finger Lakes Wedding Wagner Vineyard

Im looking for either people who have done their wedding at Wagner/the Ginny Lee Cafe or have done a wedding somewhere without a get ready room - what did you do/ how did you handle it? Wagner is in my top two choices and I suggested getting ready at whatever hotel/bnb/Airbnb my mom rents near the venue. She seemed resistant to the idea of my riding in a car in my wedding dress. So I'm curious what other people have done.
