I spent months online and too many hours going to different craft stores looking for crepe paper so i could make flowers. I finally gave in and ordered some from Castle in the Air, and while their service and products are great, the shipping price was triple the cost of the items in my cart. 
I want to post the links where Canadians can purchase crepe paper at an affordable price. For anyone who has, or is suffering like i did, (yes i say suffering, as i love making these darn flowers) here are the links.
Note, the paper from Staples is thin and delicate and the paper from Aliexpress is much thicker. Both types have their uses, but i prefer the heavy weight.
