Who’s doing escort cards and who’s doing a find your seat sign? Past brides - how did each work out for you? Thanks! Smiley heart

We did escort cards. It worked out quiet well for us. We had some last minute changes to who was attending so we just made new cards, but we couldn't have done that if we had made a seating chart.

If I had more time, I would have done escort cards. However, I did a find your seat sign, printed it at a print shop, bought a frame at Michael’s ! It worked out well

I did escort cards. I bought printable ones by Avery and printed them at home with their free online template. It took about an hour, probably less, to print them all for my 110 person wedding.

I only did find your seats. We had tables of 10 max and I didn’t find it necessary to tell people exactly were to sit. I think is helpful for catering purposes if you have meal selections but this wasn’t my case.

We did both! It worked beautifully and everyone loved them! I hand painted the signs and printed all of the place cards myself on some nice card stock!

We'll be doing escort cards and place them in alphabetical order by last name and on the card it will also have what table # they are.

We originally wanted to do name cards, but when we went on our venue tour, the wedding taking place later that day had a seating chart sign and it was simply gorgeous so we decided to do the seating chart instead. It prevents guests having to wander around searching for their seat too.

I did a seating chart. The one thing I must say about it is that sometimes it can clog up the guest table area so I had some of my bridesmaids have their own list and they just told ppl their table #

We're doing a find your seat, strung up on a cute frame with yarn and clothespins!
