I sure do hope 3rd time’s a charm 😉
After deciding to reschedule our May vow renewal because of COVID, and fortunately finding a date where all of our vendors were available in October, we found out shortly after that our photographer wouldn’t be available for reasons that are understandable and our reception event space may potentially be closing so we had to choose another event space within our venue. Luckily they have a larger space available and offered it at no additional cost. And now having a coordinator to help with some planning and day of coordination my mind is somewhat at ease and I feel as though I can get excited about planning again!

That's awesome. As if wedding planning is not stressful enough then you add covid stress on top of it. It's just a nightmare. I'm glad they were so accommodating. We were so worried we might have to do one of our back up plans but thankfully we are able to get married in 10 days with no problems. I was so worried because COVID made everything so unknown.

Oh my! It can be so stressful under normal circumstances and then to have all of this on top of it is just nuts! I’m so glad everything came together for you!
Our next backup plan would be to just have the reception at the same location as the ceremony but that would add extra $ and coordination with rentals, and finding a caterer.
I’m just hopeful there aren’t any more major changes and that things improve until October.

Oh yea it's more stressful than I thought. There's so many details that I never even thought about before. I hope things come together for you in October. I know the waiting game and not knowing is the hardest part. Luckily, our numbers in my state, have been going down covid wise. Hoping they continue.

Yay! I remember reading your posts during the summer and early fall about your dresses, the minimony, and your MIL and had wondered how everything was turning out!
