Our wedding (now marriage celebration) was rescheduled to next summer due to COVID. We went ahead and eloped and this weekend we are going on a weekend trip close to home to relax.
When we rescheduled, we also had to cancel our 2 week trip to Hokkaido, Japan (which was 90% booked and paid for). We just re-booked our flights for August 2021! The good thing is that since we haven't been able to travel, I have extra PTO so our trip is now 16 days AND we have accumulated a lot more points so now we are flying first class round trip!
Here's to hoping we can actually get into Japan next year... anyone else planning for Japan in 2021?
