17 days until I do and I was finally able to bring my dress home from alterations!!! I would love to still loose about 5 pounds, my dress fits and fits well however I feel like it would be just a tad bit more comfortable if I could lose just a few pounds in my mid-section! Please give me your advise...

Beautiful dress! I definitely think you can do this. Cut out any drinks other than water, that's just empty calories and lots of sugar (even diet sodas). I lost 15 pounds in two months when I switched to only drinking water. Don't deprive yourself, but instead fill the kitchen with as many healthy snacks as you can so that when you start craving, you don't go for the super bad stuff. You can do it!!

I’d focus on some core exercises and maybe invest in a girdle. That will help keep your mid section tighter and you can exercise with it on to help more. And, you can always wear a type of girdle for your wedding too! Then again, maybe you’ve already thought of that. I did and it really helped smooth things out!

As a former wrestler friend, run in trash bags. Black ones, outside. You can drop weight easily. He put me in boot camp to drop 7 pounds for a dress in my tummy once. It's HARD but it works. Drink water, but don't chug it, don't eat bad food, fruits and mostly veggies. Strengthen the core with some sit ups. You can do it but don't be too hard on yourself. As long as you fit, you're golden.

Cut out carbs and sugar. The nights when I don't have a carbs at night, my tummy is always flatter the next morning. few weeks of doing this and you'll be fine!

It’s possible to lose water weight like that but not real weight. Just like it’s not possible to gain real weight that quickly either.

As a fitness instructor I can tell you it 100% is possible to lose real weight that quickly. You just have to know what you are doing.

That’s just never been my experience! I’ve spent fifteen years working with registered dietitians and in and out of inpatient treatment centers for an eating disorder. So that’s what I’ve always been told and what I’ve seen happen with my own body. But glad you’ve found something that works for you.

Keto! Look up the keto diet. Cut carbs completely & you'll be in ketosis in a couple days. Your body will use fat for fuel instead of glucose from carbs. I lost 7 lbs in my first week and a half on keto. You don't have to starve yourself. Just don't eat carbs. No bread, rice, sugary sauces, fruits, or starchy vegetables. You want quick and easy? Think meats and cheeses, leafy greens. Guaranteed results.

    Hey Natalie!
The fastest way is to work out until you hurt. I’m aware it sounds terrible but it’s the healthiest and quickest way to do. And I don’t mean cardio at all. Core strengthening exercises will help burn that fat. Also try to cut out a good amount of sugar and fatty foods from your diet and drink a lot of water. You don’t have to go extreme and eat salads all the time because your body needs more protein than that. I recommend eating lean fishes and chicken, eggs, black beans and fruits and veggies. If you need some exercise ideas/help let me know Smiley smile
