Finally a nice calming moment

Congrats! I can't believe there are still people who think anything of interracial relationships! Completely blows my mind and I'm blessed to not have experienced it. I hope everything continues to go calmly, and again congratulations!

But before that I dated and lived with a guy of a different race whose mother absolutely hated me. I tried so hard to be nice and have a good relationship with her and she would be nice to my face and then say hateful things behind my back which my at the time boyfriend would tell me. I'm so glad you hit the peaceful stage. We met with our photographer last night and I only have a couple more things to get before the big day! This is a good place to be!!! As for those family members, I am so sorry you have had to deal with that. It breaks my heart that people still can't see love between two people regardless of their race or ethnicity.

That's really terrible how they're treating you and FH because you have an interracial relationship. I say good riddance those hateful people don't come. Love is love!

It's alright it's one less person in my life being intolerant. my lovely mother always said to be out with the bad and in with the new. We have plenty of people to be thankful for and that love us

Interracial relationships can be tough. I've gotten a few dirty looks, but I've also gotten a lot of support! Ignore the negative people and just enjoy your relationship!
