Final meeting with caterer

I asked a friend who recently got married and she provided the following:

Don't stress. Make yourself a list as you think of things, it works for me. Besides, they do this everyday, they will know what to ask/discuss with YOU. The gal at my venue was pretty helpful. She went over things that I would have NEVER thought of.

I'm trying not to stress, but i can never seem to concentrate on the things that i need to be focusing on.

I am too little worried about the arranging the right caterers.Some people advised me to depend on any corporate caterer.But i am looking for a service which could handle both event as well as catering.An intense search is required to find out the best!
