Final Guest Counts?(i'm curious :p )

Following this because decline rates fascinate me.

We invited 233 and so far have 145 yes and 11 no but our RSVP date isnt until October.

I invited... I want to say around 300 and got end count of around 250. So I def had about 20% decline

We invited something like 147 and had 123 accept

We invited 92 and have 12 declines. The ones that FH thought were going decline actually rsvp yes lol

We invited 60 and had 52. It was a destination wedding so I thought that was a good turn out. Your numbers are really good too.

Destination wedding. We invited 146 guests (including unnamed plus ones extended to the wedding party and guests who didn't know anyone else attending). Total of 95 guests when we completed the seating chart. Ended up at 89 on the day-of (all the no-shows gave a few days notice).

We invited 92 guest and 80 rsvp yes with 12 no's. The ones my Fh thought were going to say no actually rsvp yes lol. We have to give our final headcount next friday.

We invited 110 (114 with plus ones) and had 71 I think including husband and I. We had one person miss the ceremony, and then get there after lunch was served.

Contributing factors:
- my family all lives in the US and we got married in Australia
- no kids invited
- Friday morning wedding
- two couples we had planned to invite in person, but then didn’t see them! So ended up only giving them like a weeks notice, between babysitters and annual leave they couldn’t make it, if we had given more notice they probably could have. One couple did get to the after party.
- we only sent save the dates to overseas guests and bridal party

Idk how many said “Not attending”.

I have food and \_s for 200.

Not planning to have that many people, but I rather have too much then not enough.

We invited 215 & 79 declined & 136 are attending. We were expecting a lot of declines as FH dad side lives across the country & its really expensive to get to us ($500 round trip for airfare alone).
We actually thought we were going to get more declines.

We invited 154, which included guests (plus ones) that we knew would not be filled) and many were also out of town we anticipated 125 people, and had 115 rsvp. Had 1 back out a day before ( from out of twin and kid was sick). We had2 straight no shows that we know of. One our of town guest (parent friend who was probably upset they couldn’t bring their young grandchild to ourstrictly no kid event), and a friends husband 🙄

We invited 144 and we have 144 yes. 8 no’s. The rest make up people who are bringing a plus 1 or 2 without asking. 🤦🏼‍♀️

Invited 118, will have 95! By the end of it, I was thankful for some 'no' RSVPs- I was worried everyone would come and we would be extremely over budget! haha

Invited 135 ish. We didn’t know if some of my parents friends adult kids would come so it’s an estimated number. We ended up with about 110. We had a handful of people say yes, then say no a week or less before the wedding .. bummer.

We invited 230, had 198 yes RSVP's and probably about 170 people actually showed up. We had a lot of leftover food but our caterer took it to a local food bank and donated for us. (brunch wedding, so lots of egg puffs, muffins, bacon, fruit and yogurt parfaits)

We invited 208 and have 133. It’s a great number and I love all the people who are able to come 💗

Our original number to invite was 85 but I am sure it will end up at 110. I really want it to stay under 90 just because I want it to be more intimate. This is the 2nd time for both of us and I really want the people we invite to me something to us and not just be filler people.

I sent out 160 invitations, we now have a guest count of 219. A lot of ppl didn’t send them back, they either called or word of mouth...very irritating lol
