Final Couple Weeks

AHHHHH I am 18 days away from the big day and picking my dress up this week. I know it fits but my inner me keeps thinking it won’t the day of. Anyone have any tips on snacks and teas that help with unhealthy snacking to help ease my mind?!

    I think it's moreso about balance. Like you can eat your snacks but if you work out enough to balance those snacks out ya know? But for nutritional value maybe think more like nuts rather than chips, for instance
    But anyway THAT IS SO EXCITING.

    Jasmine green tea is good. Lots of water. Celery, carrots, cucumbers. Just avoid any processed food that might make you bloat.

    So exciting, try healthier snacks. I love eating almonds (salt and vinegar ones) when I'm craving snacks. It makes me feel like I'm eating chips but only 3g of net carbs per serving! They are also filling too. I keep a pack at my desk at all times to curb my unhealthy snacking.

    That dress looks stunning on you! Congratulations.

    Try eating things that are full of water: watermelon, cucumbers, etc. They'll help hydrate you and also keep you full. Hope everything goes smoothly for your wedding.
