Final count for guest list

It includes all your guests as well as the whole wedding party, you, and FH. Pretty much anyone who will seat at the reception and eat is who I would count in the final guest count. Vendors are typically not counted as a guest.

Good question! I would think that you would count all involved, if they were eating. If you allow your vendors to eat, I would def add them to the guest list. This is the list that will be turned in to the caterer right? Or is this just your overall list for seating?

For my venue, it's anyone that will have a seat, and eat. Children are not at a cheaper price, they still take up the same amount of room. But I think it depends on the venue. I don't have to add in the DJ, DOC, Bartender, or anything like that in my count. But if I want my photographer to eat, she gets added in. So I would check with your venue/caterer

Check with the venue, but most don't usually include the vendors.

Thanks ladies, the venue does give a discount for kids and vendors. I will just count 150 guest including myself,FH and wedding party. Vendors separate.
