Filling out the Marriage License Application

Hi! I am getting married in the Virgin Islands in a few months and was filling out the application for our Marriage License. But I am slightly confused. It asked for my and my spouses, information. Then it asks for our parents information. At the end of the section it asks for a phone number. Does it want my parent phone number or my phone number? Why would they want my parent phone number? Any insight/information is greatly appreciated!
