Fiftyflowers??

I used them to diy the flowers for my nephew's wedding (including bride's bouquet) and considering them to diy my wedding. At my first wedding I spent way too much, getting too little and not what I wanted. I also recently found Fabulous Florals... they don't have quite the selection, but are decently priced.

I read positive reviews about them from people on other sites who have used them (weddingbee.com and the knot.com) so take that as you will.

I haven't used fifty flowers, but I did spend way too long on their website one day and they have a lot of good tutorials. It seems like they could be a great option if you are crafty and patient or if you're pretty laid back (so you won't freak out of everything takes too long/isn't perfect).

I really like the florist we're using and she's willing to work with different budgets. I don't know whether she travels to Rhode Island (from Massachusetts), but I can give you her email if you decide not to DIY and want a recommendation.
