Fiance is 5'9'' and i am 5'6'' - What Size Heel?

I'm sorry, but there is no right answer and it is just preference. What size heel do you prefer to wear usually? I would go with what you already know works for you and is comfortable. If your future spouse needs there to be a "good height difference" between you, then I am guessing you already know what is best.

I wore a flat to my first wedding because I was only two inches shorter than him and wanted there to be that difference. Since there isn't a ton of difference between you and him, I would say a 2" or less.

I bought 2.5in heels from Bella Belle and I tried them on with my Fiance (5'8") and we were almost the same height but it didn't bother me (I'm a little taller than 5'5") so that's what I'd suggest. I did short heels only because I want to be comfortable and I don't wear heels on a daily basis. I think that's key, it's whatever you're comfortable in as said above ^^

I agree with the others. It's not helpful to say, but there's honestly no right answer!

I'd go with whatever height of heel you regularly and comfortably wear - maybe try out what you already own and stand next to him to see which ones you both like the height difference most with, and choose a bridal shoe of the same height!

My partner and I have such a large height difference that I could wear foot-high platforms (if I could walk in them, lol!) and still be shorter than him, so I never even bother thinking about the height of my heels - flats or crazy stilettos, I'll never get to whatever might be considered an 'ideal' height difference between us where we could easily smooch without him crouching down.

My FH loves it when I wear high heels because I tower over him and he thinks I'm gorgeous. But I'm wearing 2" heels so that I don't sink into the ground and so that I'm comfortable dancing all night. I really don't think a height difference matters at the alter, in pictures, or in real life.
