Feels like forever

I got married on May 4th and it feels like it’s been forever since then and I’m anxiously waiting for my full album of pictures. Obviously I know photographers take time to edit each picture and usually give a time frame in their contract and I’m 100% in NO RUSH for my album. I’m just way too excited to see pictures. Hopefully brides that already got married will appreciate this and brides that still have yet to get married, just wait. This will be you too. Lol.

I was the same way with my engagement photos! The photographer sent previews here and there to hold us over. Can’t wait to be on your side! I bet they are going to be beyond beautiful when you receive them!

I wasn't really that way with engagement photos since we got them back fairly fast. We got about 20 pictures for our sneak peek, but waiting six weeks to see pictures that I know exist and I really want to see is incredibly tough. But regardless, I’m excited and don’t want to rush it.

I’m in the same boat! We got married May 19th, and our photographer quoted us 16 weeks for the completed gallery. The sneak peak came with 287 photos including the getting ready shots and half of our first look which was nice to have. Our videographer actually just emailed today that the video is finished! I’m trying to be good and not check it out before my husband and I both get home to watch it together.

Holy cow. Long time to wait for photos and that’s a HUGE sneak peek 😳 I’m legit blown away by that. They clearly took a bunch of pictures. I wish we would’ve gotten a videographer, but oh well! I can only imagine how tough the waiting is for the video lol. Stay strong 😂

Haha I totally get that! It took almost 9 weeks for our album to come in, and we had NO sneak peeks! It was brutal!

Uhhhh how on earth did you survive?! We should be getting ours sometime this week as this weekend is our six week mark. But nine weeks with no sneak peek.. I would’ve died

It was really hard! We got married on August 11th and were told we would get our album 6-8 weeks after the wedding, which would have put us between September 22nd and October 6th. We left for our honeymoon on October 5th, which was a Friday. I think we reached out early that week and asked if they would be done before we left for our honeymoon since that would have 9 days with no cell service, and they emailed us back on the 6th that they would be done by the following Friday (the 12th). We were bummed but were excited to see them when we got back. We got back home on the 13th and received an email from our photographers that morning that the photos were not done yet, but we would have them by Monday (the 15th). We finally got them on that Monday after some issues with being able to long onto the site to view them. I guess it was actually a little over 9 weeks by the time we ended up getting them!

That’s awful. At least you got them. I feel like if we would’ve gone on a honeymoon, I would’ve been distracted and wouldn’t have minded the wait. But he got a new job back in March and was on a 90 day probation period with no vacation so we couldn’t have one.

Ugh. I was DYING. I freaked out we didn’t get enough taken, or panicked if I’d like ANY of me. I was freaking out... all fine when we got ‘em! 😆
