NWR- I got diagnosed with Confluent and Reticulated Papillomatosis (CARP is a skin disease).

And there isn't really anything for it, my doctor prescribes some antibiotics and bleach cream which the insurance does not cover (i hate bleaching anyway). It's just too frustrated, I been dealing with skin problem ever since I was born (mosquito allergies and so on).

it's taking a toll on my confidence

I am sorry you are going through this. Try to make time to think about the positive things happening with the wedding, and your FH will think you are beautiful no matter what!

the year before my wedding I developed crazy skin allergies and my skin on my face was red, flaky and swollen. My eyes swelled shut once it was so bad. So I understand what you're feeling. Luckily, after many months I've figured out what I'm allergic to and have avoided any outbreaks.

Try researching your condition and trying some natural remedies. The biggest hurdle is acceptance.
