Feeling Nauseous

Cathy, on October 12, 2019 at 11:19 AM Posted in Community Conversations 0 5
Please tell me it is normal to feel like you want to puke the morning of your wedding. I was fine last. Ugh the, but now I feel sick to my stomach. No, I’m not pregnant.

Yes it’s normal! I was literally shaking the entire morning, the entire walk down the aisle, and probably most of the ceremony too (honestly don’t remember when I stopped lol). My bridesmaid so kindly brought me a coffee the morning of my wedding and I had to say no thank you because I was sure I was going to puke if I had caffeine! I had a handful of nuts for breakfast because I couldn’t stomach anything else but I forced myself to eat that because I knew the low blood sugar would be really bad.

good luck! Me personally once our ceremony was over I felt 100% better...... just starving! Haha
