Feeling Lost Confused and Heartbroken

Our wedding is 3 weeks away and just found out that our wedding coordinator works at the venue. I last talked to her July 1 st and she said everything is going as planned only have to change the number of guests due to covid19. I have been emailing her at least once a week since July 1 and never got a response. So I just called the venue today and they told me she no longer works there.😳 I said well she never told me anything like that. What am I suppose to do about our wedding no one has contacted me about replacing her. I called the guy in charge and he didn't answer. So now I'm just stuck waiting with 3 weeks until our big day 😥😥 I really don't know what to do.
