Favors LTD .com - Are they legit?

I have no used them, but their reviews here on ww are good. I also checked scam advisors and they have a good rating. Good luck.

A little shady. Ended up ordering from http://www.weddingfavorsunlimited who carried the same airplane favor I was looking for, but at a cheaper price. And they picked up the phone. Order came through very nice.

Don't order from them. I called customer service about a pricing concern and the yelled at me and hung up the phone when I asked for a supervisor.

I saw a great price on FavorsLtd but based on these comments I went to weddingfavorsunlimited.com to check their price. There was a significant difference but they carried a price match guarantee. I filled out the request. They replied within 24 hrs-matched the price, called me personally to set it up after checking the best time and number to reach me, and then called when they said they would. Their customer service was outstanding! I would 100% recommend going to Wedding Favors unlimited.

Do not order from these rude people! I placed my first order and called after not receiving any email regarding a shipping date. When I called customer service and asked the two name was Alex. I think he's owner or manager as I asked ?s he was very short and rude. I emailed customer service to report this and Alex responded to my email and was again rude.

So I cancelled my order due to customer service.

If I could yelp this place I would!!!

I totally agree with Marla above!!! I ordered luggage tags for my daughters wedding as wedding reception favors. I received an email confirmation but waited 4 days for another as to when shipping would arrive. I called customer service number and spoke with "Alex" he was short, rude, and condesening to women if you know what I mean, then he hung up on me too! I think he is the manager or owner. So I emailed customer support and to my surprise it was he "Alex" again and responded rude to me. So as of now, I am disputing with my bank this charge, I wont ever give them my business. I am also yelping, posting anywhere I can and contact Better Business Bureau. Total wrong to get any customers in the future. Don't give this scam rude person any money!!!!

Don't use them first them sent my order to NY. Then when I complained they said they sent my order again they did but it was someone else order now I am waiting for my money back.

I made a purchase from them a while ago, no issues. Fast delivery and phone support was nice too.

I read the many negative reviews here and was skeptic about ordering from Favors Ltd. for my wedding favors. Last week, I order three different samples and received them very fast and they are all EXCELLENT quality favors. I was truly surprised at the great quality. Because of this, I plan on ordering all 150 of my favors from them. I also experienced great customer service via email.

I honestly wouldn't use them. Such a terrible experience & returned my favors. Same issue with "Alex" as described above. Ordered a different set of products from Wedding Favors Unlimited. Came quick, really nice quality, with no BS.
