Favors? Is photobooth enough?

A, on February 25, 2018 at 5:13 PM Posted in Etiquette and Advice 0 7

So I am already having a photobooth for fun and guests can print off as many copies as they'd like. I figured I would have some magnet frames available to take home to frame their photos on the refrigerator as part of the favor.

But now I am tempted to have mini honey jars as well. I found a local beekeeper that bottles mini 4oz honey jars for around $2 each. I would just have to add a tag or label.

Which would you like more to have as a wedding favor? Photo and frame or a jar of honey? Is both too much? I guess I could forget the frames and get the honey instead...

That's more than enough! The honey is nice but not necessary

The honey is very sweet (get it?) but it is not needed.

If money is not a consideration then do both. Otherwise, the photo booth is enough.

If the budget allows it sure otherwise the photo idea is cute and plenty

I am not 100% sure if it is in the budget yet to do both the frames and honey. I still need to find a hair and makeup person, finalize cake cost, and get a final quote from the florist, so my final costs there are up in the air. Guess I should get those done first before considering favors.

That's what we did, we had a photo booth with as many photos as guests wanted printed (without magnet frames though) and honey favors that I DIY. I don't think both is too much if your budget allows for it. If budget doesn't allow that then photo booth and with/without magnet frames are good. Just some examples - My sister in law and her husband wedding included photo booth and bottle opener and sweets. My cousin and his wife had polaroid station and sweets.

The photo booth should be enough! Honestly as a guest I'd loose and forget about the honey.
